We are pleased to announce that Herrington Mill Internet is now LIVE!

If you have not already done so, please stop by the Leasing Office to pick up your Xumo box.

Please review the following important information regarding your new internet service:

Internet Billing:

• Internet service for October is FREE.

• After the free October period, you will see a $50 monthly internet charge added to your resident account for the first year.

• Upon your lease renewal, the monthly internet charge will increase to $70 per month for the remainder of your residency at Herrington Mill.

• After the increase to $70, your monthly internet rate will not increase further.

Spectrum Service & Equipment:

• Spectrum Internet service is scheduled to be discontinued tomorrow.

• If you have Spectrum equipment that needs to be returned, please return it directly to Spectrum to avoid potential charges for unreturned equipment.

Connecting Your Devices:

• The internet equipment installed inside your apartment provides Wi-Fi service.

• You should be able to connect your smart TVs, phones, tablets, computers, and other Wi-Fi-enabled devices to your apartment's Wi-Fi.

• If you have not yet received your Xumo box, please stop by the Leasing Office to pick it up.
