It has been brought to our attention that when attempting to contact the leasing office after hours, some calls may connect while others may be routed incorrectly. To avoid confusion, please review the information below.

- Active water leaks or flooding
- Fire or smoke-related issues

Subject: New Doors & Locks Replacement at Herrington Mill Apartments
Good afternoon, Resident(s),
As part of our ongoing renovations at Herrington Mill Apartments, we would like to inform you that your apartment door and locks will be replaced. Once the new locks are installed, you will no longer be able to add or replace locks on your door.
Please remove all personal locks and any belongings from the door prior to the scheduled replacement.
A notice will be sent to you specifying the date for your door replacement. If you have personal locks on your door, please note that these will be removed at your expense.
Regarding door ring cameras, management permits their continued use if they are positioned where the doorbell is located. They must not be installed on the siding, door trim, or attached to the new door.
Any exterior security cameras mounted on the framing of the entrance doors or the siding must also be removed.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the leasing office.
